Thank you for this presentation. So beautifully addressed embodied presence as a means to maintain clarity. Leslie illustrated through her own sustained presence and this made all the difference.
Dear Ms Leslie, becoming vulnerable part really resonated with me. Recently, going through communication and commitment struggles with my husband I allowed myself, for the very first time, to be completely honest and open to whatever was coming.
I found myself saying ‘I ask this because I feel insecure’ or ‘I do not feel that you will listen hence I am not sharing my feelings’.
This definitely helped us with overcoming some challenges- instead of focusing on his responsibilities I aimed to recognise how I can contribute to our exchanges. The journey is ahead but the road seems brighter.
Thank you and the very best wishes,
Magda
Thank you Lesley. Much of what you said resonated with me and was just what I needed to cope with big feelings tonight.
Thanks for bring a little body enpower, colores and textura to my meditación practice. Its nice to see around before seating.
Strong, vulnerable and kind 🙂 this is absolutely what I felt by listening to you. I am really happy I’ve *found” you, thanks to both of you
Thank you Leslie Booker. I have not started a meditation before by scanning the room, picking out various features before going into stillness – the colors, the size, the textures. I am going to try that again and see if it helps decrease the busy mind and help me engage with stillness a bit deeper. Thank you again.
Booker has a r a d i a n t presence; and this is a wonderful embodied practice, accessible in real time real life.
Also her name is Booker Leslie, not Leslie Booker.
Nevermind! It’s totally Leslie Booker. XD
